If an order you’ve made on gem-products.co arrives incomplete, damaged or is lost, please contact us within 30 days at hello@gem-products.co and we’ll fix it for you. Please note, that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept opened, returned goods.

What is your refund policy?

Meanwhile, our Sport-Loving Protection range delivers clinical-grade 72-hour sweat protection with cologne-quality fragrances inspired by premium scents, designed for active lifestyles.

Is Sport-Loving Protection only for men?

Not at all. While the fragrances are inspired by traditional cologne notes, Sport-Loving is designed for anyone who loves fresh, woody fragrances and high-performance sweat protection.

Why do your deodorants contain aluminium?

Our Skin-Loving and Sport-Loving deodorants are antiperspirants, meaning they're designed to help protect against both sweat and odour.

To do this effectively, they contain aluminium-based active ingredients that temporarily reduce the amount of sweat reaching the skin's surface. This helps keep you feeling fresher, drier and more confident throughout the day.

If you're looking for a non-aluminium option, our Whole Body Deodorant provides all-day odour control without using aluminium-based antiperspirant ingredients.

What’s that in my mouthwash?

Do not fear! The green particles floating around are the Chlorophyll remnants – a completely natural, plant derived ingredient that takes our Mouthwash to the next level. We have a little disclaimer at the back of the bottle, just give it a good shake, it’s perfectly fine to use.

What do the key ingredients in your deodorant range do for my underarms?

Gentle on skin, but tough on sweat, our Skin-Loving Deodorant range contains Hyaluronic Acid, Shea Butter and Vitamin E to hydrate and nourish with every spritz, while keeping you sweat protected all day-long.

What’s the difference between your Antiperspirants, Whole Body Deodorant and Body Mist?

Our sweetly scented fragrance selection comes in a variety of formats to suit your scent preferences! We have two antiperspirants in the range, our Skin-Loving Aerosol Deodorant and Roll-On Deodorant, both provide 48-hour nourishing sweat protection. Our Whole Body Cream Deodorant can be used on your pits, private bits, feet and wherever you feel like you may need some odour control. Lastly, our fine Fragrance Mist for body and hair is the perfect addition to your bag for on-the-go freshness when you need it most. All our fragrances are available in a variety of flavours so, just like your perfume, you can pick and mix what suits you best.

Repair & Smooth is designed for damaged, frizzy hair and helps improve smoothness and manageability.

Unfortunately, no. If you need to return a Gem item bought in-store, we recommend that you contact the store direct. They will have access to your purchase history and can help you from there.
