ENTRIES PERMITTED: One (1) entry per person, plus one (1) additional entry for mailing list sign-up. Multiple tags in the comments will not constitute additional entries.

WINNING METHOD: Manual draw – to be selected on Monday 18th. Draw will take place at Gem-Care Products Pty Ltd's offices, 102/47 Blazey St, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or email on the day of the draw. 

UNCLAIMED PRIZES: The prize must be claimed by [18th May 2026] at 12:00 pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on [19th of May 2026] at 12:00 pm AEDT at Gem-Care Pty Ltd, 102/47 Blazey St, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia. The winner of the redraw will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email within fourteen (14) days of the redraw. 

GENERAL T&Cs: 

  1. By entering, the entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). 

  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta of any liability in connection with this Promotion. 

  1. Employees (and their immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, and businesses involved in the management of the Promotion are not eligible to enter. 

  1. If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian. 

  1. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. 

  1. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize. 

  1. No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter. 

  1. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the winning entry. Entries made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. 

  1. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy, located at https://www.gem-kind.com/policies/privacy-policy. Personal information collected from entrants will not bedisclosed to any entity located outside of Australia. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate entries and entrants' details. Incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion. The use of any automated entry software or any other electronic means to enter repeatedly is prohibited. 

  1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. 

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury, or death suffered in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications. Entrants should seek independent financial advice regarding any tax obligations relating to the prize. 

  1. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
